Since its establishment, the IFSA Network has been committed toward bringing its members:
Personal Growth: Learn through our workshops, presentations and challenges and grow both personally and professional.
Network Expansion: We help you connect to fellow students, the people that went before you and students around the globe.
International Opportunities: Get inspired by international cases, competitions and networking opportunities like no other. Having set up multiple international events in the past, we are now bringing the same inspiring and ambitious events closer to you.
Claimed as one of the leading (undergraduate) case competitions by theCorporate Finance Institute (CFI), the Global Case Competition at Harvard (GCCH) is one of the world’s most prestigious case competitions organized by students. With this case competition, we intend to deliver a world-class learning experience through a hands-on business case, while providing networking opportunities to connect aspiring analysts with leading firms.
The Rotterdam chapter of the IFSA Network hosts a recurrent and insightful opportunity for all interested students at Erasmus University Rotterdam with each edition of Internship Talks focusing on different fields of finance explained through the views of fellow students who have experienced these fields themselves.
And if you have any personal questions left or are looking to meet like-minded students with a drive for finance, join us afterwards for drinks in the Smitse. First drink is always on us!
Organized in 2017 and 2018, the IFSA’s Traders’ cup was the largest student-organized trading competition in the world. Student teams each received $100,000 cash to trade various US stocks, funds and ETFs and the team with the highest returns on the initial capital won the competition.
