Founded in 2014 the X-Finance Society is now a well established entity at the world wildly renowned Ecole Polytechnique. The club provides its members with practical knowledge and brilliant networking opportunities. Our location enables us to work with first class professors and business executives which adds to the great experience that is being a member at the X Finance Society.

With a bright and young and international alumni network, the society also gives the chance to its members to interact with finance experts from all over the world and shape their career.


Warwick Finance Societies

Warwick Finance Societies is the premier society at the University of Warwick for those interested in financial services. Attracting national recognition for our enterprising spirit and extensive calendar of events, we do our utmost to help our members break into the industry.

We do this with a unique structure of sub-societies specialising in different facets of this, from Warwick Commercial Law catering for specific commercial law careers; to Warwick Women in Finance providing a support network for female students considering the industry.


The year 1999 marked the launch of ICFS, one of the largest, most proactive student societies in the country. From around 250 members at that time, we have grown to over 3000 members at present through pro-actively developing our offerings to our members and sponsors.

During this time we have forged strong links to some of the largest and most prestigious firms in the industry.

With over 3000 members, the Imperial College Finance Society (ICFS) is the largest and most successful career-focused societies at Imperial College. We are largely recognised by all major recruiters in the ABC sector.

Our key ethos is to help and equip members with the skills and experience they need to succeed.

As a society we look to help our members to grow as individuals, developing certain core values that we want to carry into our chosen profession, including: integrity, leadership, teamwork, professionalism and responsibility.

LIGALiga de Investimentos

Liga de Investimentos, UFRJ is the first organization at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro aiming to liaison students and firms in the market. We aim to build strong relationships between students, financial investment firms and management consulting firms. Liga de Investimentos improves student’s expertise and professional development as we progress into the business world.

With us, companies are given the opportunity to establish their brand among UFRJ students and recruit new talents. 


The HEBS is a pan-Harvard student organization, welcoming members from all of Harvard University’s graduate and undergraduate schools, and based out of Harvard University’s division of continuing and professional education, the Harvard Extension School (HES).

HEBS’ mission is to promote professional development in the areas of business, leadership, and management. We aim to provide a common forum for aspiring and experienced professionals within the Harvard community and fulfil this mission by providing relevant networking events, academic programs, and resources to those interested in developing their business acumen.

Founded in 2005 and one of the largest clubs at HES with over 1,500 members, HEBS actively works to bring together degree-seekers, course-takers, and interested Harvard affiliates into a community of like-minded individuals.

TUTU Investment Club

The TU Investment Club in Munich began in 2008 following support from the finance department at the university. Soon after, the investment club was legally founded in 2009. The club has seen great success since its inception. They have partnered with major players in the industry such as Barclays, Oliver Wyman, PwC, Rothschild and Armira Partners. 

The TU Investment Club is organized in departments. Most members participate in one Investing and one Organizational Department. While our investing activities take place in our investing divisions, the organizational departments are responsible for support and administrative tasks and are thus necessary for a successful existence of the TU Investment Club.

MICMannheim Investment Club

The Mannheim Investment Club is one of the biggest initiatives at the University of Mannheim. We already established a student-managed fund in Germany and want to simultaneously equip all our members with an understanding of financial markets. 

The member structure of our club does not merely consist of business students, but people with a variety of subject backgrounds. We are open to all students, regardless of program or degree.

Our training provides the necessary basic knowledge, even without prior experience. The Mannheim Investment Club offers a hands-on investing experience, where students can take responsibility early on. We encourage leadership and take social responsibility by donating 20% of our profits to charitable purposes.

We are not only interested in Value Investing, but also cover Private Equity, Asset Management and Trading.

NESNew Economic School Banking & Finance Society

The New Economic School Banking & Finance Society was founded in 2013, by four student with an interest in corporate finance and equities. In the last three years they have accumulated a total of 2,000 members.

 Closing their first season with a total of three events held, NES Banking & Finance Society has continued  host thematic events on such topics as ECM, DCM, M&A, S&T, private equity, and asset management.

As a society they aim to share knowledge in finance in general, and also specifically assist their students with gaining access to the industry through careers and banking guides and other exclusive materials.

BSFSBocconi Student Finance Society

Bocconi Student Finance Society, established in early 2013, aimed to create a forum for rich dialogue and debate between high-achieving and ambitious students and leading financial experts through presentations, talks and networking sessions.

We want to give valuable explanations on the financial industry to students wishing to pursue a career in finance and to lead the path of young professionals. We also want to establish a forum for sharing ideas on finance-oriented issues as well as to provide students with exceptional networking opportunities.

SISStrategic Investment Society

The Strategic Investment Society (SIS), founded in 1989, is one of the largest student-run organisations in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. With over 1,500 members SIS serves as  platform for the exchange of ideas, through which personal growth of its members is facilitated. 

Without any college or faculty affiliation, they take pride in the diverse backgrounds of their members  majoring in several different programmes. As a society their mission is to instill in their members a sense of curiosity and enquiry towards the finance and investment sector. 


The LSESU Business and Finance Group is the largest and most active careers society in the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
